Sleeping in a moving vehicle may cause minor Whiplash, also called neck sprain or neck strain, is an injury to the neck. So, don’t sleep without neck support while traveling.

Whiplash causes pain, tenderness, stiffness and loss of movement in the neck. You may also experience headaches, muscle spasms and pain in your arms or shoulders, the symptoms of whiplash often take a whole six to 12 hours to develop but it may be longer.

Pain In Your Left Hand

Cervical condition can cause the muscles in the arm to become tense, and that tension could lead to pain. Although muscle tension, sometimes the result of the cervical disc condition or termed as cervical spondylosis is the most likely source of arm pain.

Pain In Neck & Hand (Cervical)

Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal disks in your neck. As the disks dehydrate and shrink, signs of osteoarthritis develop, including bony projections along the edges of bones (bone spurs). Cervical spondylosis is very common and worsens with age or could be a lifestyle prone at early ages.

Cervicogenic headache is a pain that develops in the neck, though a person feels the pain in their head. Cervicogenic headaches are secondary headaches. Secondary headaches are those caused by an underlying condition, such as neck injuries, infections, or severe high blood pressure.

In addition to a throbbing head pain, symptoms of cervicogenic headache may include: pain on one side of your head or face. A stiff neck, pain around the eyes, pain while coughing or sneezing, a headache with certain neck postures or movement etc…

Pain In Lower Back (Lumbar)

Shooting or stabbing pain in the lower back, Pain that worsens with bending, lifting, standing, coughing / sneezing, walking etc..

Back pain can have causes that aren’t due to underlying disease. Examples include overuse such as working out or lifting too much, prolonged sitting and lying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable position or wearing a poorly fitting backpack.

Pain While Sitting (Coccydynia)

Coccydynia is inflammation localized to the tailbone (coccyx). There are many mimics of coccydynia. Symptoms and signs of coccydynia include focal pain and tenderness at the tailbone. The pain is usually dull and achy. An injury to the coccyx is a major risk factor for coccydynia.

Pain while sitting and especially becomes more from sitting to standing position, it is generally confined to the tailbone. Pain is usually described as an aching soreness and can range from mild to severe.

Pregnancy Back / Neck Pain
